Okay, for those who still have the same issue. I have manage to find the reason why my tablet cannot use the get them now button or play ads to get diamonds. Turn out it to be caused by private dns that blocked the ads. After disabling them. The problem solved.

I also have the same problem. Playing on Android tablet with no simcard. Just using wifi from my main phone.
