Depolluters Remastered

My very first plug-ins have been remastered and combined into a single package. On top of getting a fresh coat of paint, they have also been rebalanced to make them fit better into modern-day TheoTown. Theirs IDs have not been changed, so treat this as an update, rather than a whole new plug-in.
