Maybe we can take the inspiration from Simcity Buildit, where there's " normal " style buildings, " Paris " , " London " and " Tokyo " styles. ( The normal style looks a bit american to me ).

The idea can be transform by country zone theme so I think that can be cool in plugins but no in-game the game can be more simple for the people who not download plugins .

I mean, it differs. The high density res T buildings mostly looks like asian houses, the low density res TTT looks like miami beach house, american suburbs. But most of the commercial buildings have an european style/design
