. Sometimes I want to build something reeeally nice but, It is very expensive. For example, you want to build a huge airport. But that would take millions of dollars to do so (I think now they are called theons). What if you spent all your money but then could take it out of a vault that is universal across all towns that have a bank built on them. You then wouldn’t have to worry about running out of money. Because no one like those red negative numbers (debt) 
But then comes gems. Those nice lovely gems that you have to wait for a day to get them from daily rewards. It’s sooooo tempting to use them on fast build. You just simply want to save those gems for something nice like a huge building. Maybe if you don’t see how many gems you have total you may not be as tempted to waste them.
The building that holds dollars (theons or whatever your national currency is called). Will be a bank from which you can withdraw and deposit from. You could put a lone button in the bank structure.
The building that holds gems should be called “city treasury”. This should also have a withdrawal and deposit option.
