Can we have Rotation-aware decals yet???


or can we do it with Lua?

Nope, ground type can't be rotation aware.
I doubt you can do it with lua, you would have to check the whole map to find x and y of the decals and then you need to store that info and make keep track of wherever it still exists.

Anyways... I'm in a class for my 7th year in education (Or oversimplified, I'm in 7th grade) and it's called Automation & Robotics which includes programming and building FRICKEN ROBOTS... By... Your... Self
...Usually you have a task!
But (a good "but") then my teacher, whom I'm going to call Mr.Timberkey bc it make sense if you knew him, came to me and asked if I wanted to be in the schools VEX comp. team and EDR (?) comp. team and if I wanted to take the class again for second trimester. Boi was I like "HELL YAH" (I didn't actually say that)
So I get to take the class again but instead of going through the tutorials and elc, me and an 8th grader get to basically build robots for 75 (?) days to "train" (as Mr.Timberkey calls it) For competitions and stuff...
