Also educate yo citizens, increasing their level of education will yield more economic benefits and will make them more attractive as employees and for companies to hire them providing work, also teach them self defense and other anti crime programs like a national hotline.

We deeply want to confirm our commitment in improving the welfare of Doa, and because of that, we would be willing to do the following:

If our proposal is approved, Avalon will:

- send teachers to Doa's schools to promote good education
- conduct job fairs to help provide jobs for the unemployed
- send aid in the form of goods and such
- construct more homes for the poor

If there is any request that Doa wants, do not hesitate to ask. The international community would be more than willing to help Doa

In new news three new schools are being built around the lower income areas of doa one named Jefferson High another Maryland Elementary and the last one Sunnyside University

Also the mayor is trying to find teachers some of the high class have accepted to be teachers so it seems it may be good might be a high standard like Railhot City

Lets not give too much aid,were not running a welfate state here, we gice doa the tools to help itself. For example the teachers,dont send teachers to teach, send them to train native Doa teachers and for Avalan teachers not to take jobs away from Doa's citizens who would like to be educators. Second is the job fairs for Avalan or Doa companies, third, how much aid, cus too much aid may flood the system and cus it to be corrupted ...cough* typhoon haiyan recovery funds*cough.

So at this point the internationak community must only be providing adequate and necessary help in the form of Advisers, trainings and an adequate financial aid.

So for Doa, kindly specify what you really need as of the moment and what you need in the long run so that we dont just give money and other aid blindly, cus you still have a problem on corruption and crime.

Also for corruption I suggest a three point plan:
1. Create an all powerful anti corruption agency to oversee doa's politicians.
2. Require anyone to serve the gov't to have a college diploma and knowledge in Political Sciences.
3. As much as possible all transactions to the gov't can br made online so that there isess human intervention and therefore less chances for corrupt civil servants to you know be corrupt.

I agree with your first point there. Job fairs for Doa of course, we'll just plan the event since we host monthly job fairs around the country. Aid will be in the form of goods as said before like rice and basic needs, if there's a corruption problem in the government, it's best for us not to send money.

Alright in recent news we have seen way less mafia activity the lost almost complete control of the city in other news the mayor had a public speech with two other mayors the mayor of Railhot city and the mayor of Sona City they said they will combine their police forces and work together more to stop crime
