Ministry of Health Building (Brazil) Updated!!

my first plugin, is still under development (slow but it goes), this is the Ministry of Health building, good as you can see there are several things wrong that I will fix, I want help (if possible) with the terrace and whatever you think it's wrong

The plus doesn't follow the TT plugin law of 2-2-2(...)
AKA, the plus appears to be 2D on a "3D building.
Also the building itself could use more textures... Maybe like some doors or a path and people in the front
Just my opinion

I was redoing the PNG in Novix, it was looking promising (lie) and I forgot to save it and then the Novix hangs, our marvel hahah ._.

It is very nice. Not approved for plugin store as the image is four pixels too wide for a 3x3 tile plugin. That is why there is a line of water in the screenshot.
