11 janv 2021 UPDATE : Commercial Density fixed

It has been suggested in the TheoTown Discord , but i had thought of making it a long time ago .
It has 3 different height versions , due to animations . The building will only take 96x160 plug-in space . The most high building is around 450 pixels tall .
It is in TTT commercial , 3x3 tile .
Plug-ins used in the thumbnail :
- Long Expresso Tower by Kekman
- Office Zone by Yusuf , Lumpree , Flakes
- Glass Office by Montemarino
