Are you sure you install the file correctly? This is not a zip, it is .plugin

Don't need to open the file. Just download it straight out of Drive and put it in the Plugin folder...

Try opening this post in incognito mode

, then download. (Don't open. ...I think you have QuickEdit or other app trying to open it before it even gets downloaded). It gives you a bit more control of the process.

You have to try to make a diagonal. Something like that:

It's not a matter of the road graphics, which as you know can be done. The game was set up for four directions. Therefore vehicles will always look like they are zigzagging on diagonal roads, as they are actually a series of turns to the game. Providing for diagonal travel also would require the creation of four new graphics for each vehicle in addition to a much more complicated path finding code.
