Highway shields

Okay so you know how most highways have designated numbers? (eg Interstate 84) (eg United States Highway 95)

I was wondering, how cool would it be to have those in the game, where we can place them anywhere on our roads?

It would have to function like the label, where you type something in (eg Cierra Freeway) and then stick it somewhere. But instead of just words, it looks like the highway signs.

Would anybody be able to make a plugin where you have a blank highway sign that you can type your own number into? That way it looks like a road map? That would be awesome.

Hey guys but You can uploaded EUROPEAN HIGHWAYS NAMES (E319,...) becouse a mainly made with Europe (detailed Slovakia) and I often must learn about system on this names,but look,I know it= R- expressway D- highways E- significant european highways but other I don't now
