What is wrong with the plugin store. I have double-checked and re-uploaded the plugin pack for this file, yet it still does not recognize the multiple zones and still gives the same error, asking for a missing icon file which is correctly stated and present in the folder.

The pack is uploaded but lacks the necessary zones which are the spotlight of this pack. No residential zones, no commercial zones, no industrial zones.

I have re-uploaded the .rar file a few days ago, any update on the review process? It is still suspended.

They can be. But the Hispanic in the title probably refers to the Spanish influence on architecture there during their 333 year rule there ending in 1898.

This perfectly explains the context

To elaborate it further, there are Hispanic Filipinos, being Filipino is not just centered on having Austronesian roots. The insulares and peninsulares who have settled in the archipelago during the Colonial era are full-blooded Hispanics, say for example and most of the upper class families in the country today trace their roots to them. There are also the mestizos or the half-blooded stock, majority of the population today were from the mestizo stock according to statistical data. I hope this help make things clear.
