PMAR Decals
So, this is similar a plugin to Rail Decals but for my PMAR plugin, most people don't use decals in this way..nevertheless I have made this plugin for folks that use decals like I do.
Its base texture, like it has always been, is Lobby&Theo's. /Downloads

They're also, so useful if combined with invisible road and that adds some realizm to some of the buildings..
