Created a small map with trees, hills, and decorations omitted.

Bigger minimap option is experimental in 769 alpha. Use the road tool to find the center of a small map for a 32x32 image.

What trying to use TheoTown as a graphics editor looks like. All ground is snow or my ancient civilization land.

What needs to be on and off

End result will have to be flipped.
