The train station is a road decoration that can be used to slow down trains.

I think it's meant to be that way. Acting like a slow zone but not distracting from the way the tracks look. You could see where it is using the remove road decorations tool.

One car only. Plug-ins don't allow anything like that at the moment as far as I know.
