Change "provide aspect" to "influence waste disposal" instead. There's no such thing (I think. Correct me if I am wrong) as provide aspect in the game. Also try adding 00 to the beginning of th category's json or folder as it needs to be read first.

belongs to a premium feature on some platforms. If you haven't obtained the feature, that might be the cause of the exception. Using it in a plugin requires being in the Trusted plugin creators group.
