Also, if you don't mind, since I am a bad pixel artist, I am gonna give this idea to you: I think you could create some variety by making a few more houses just the same as this but of a different color and/or rotation, because I doubt the whole suburb could be just the same pattern of beige/green houses. I think that could be neat, but only if you want to.
