iPhone suddenly stopped working

Hi,

I've been playing TheoTown 1.8.83 on my iPhone 11 today and got 1st iPhone freeze in my entire life. Really, I've been using iPhones for about 10 years and never had such situation.

While playing TheoTown, a message about traffic jam appeared so I clicked on "locate" button to see where is the problem. Then the music stopped playing, and iPhone has become unresponsive. I was unable to do anything. When I pressed physical lock button to turn the screen off, only backlight turned off, but there was still TheoTown visible on a dimmed screen. I was not able to turn the screen on, open multitasking, restart or turn off iPhone etc. After 1 minute I pressed VOL UP + LOCK and then iPhone started working again.

After this incident I noticed, that there is a newer version of TheoTown in AppStore, 1.8.85 so I'm going to update the game.

There might be also log.txt and crash.txt files in your TheoTown folder that might contain useful information.

I do not have any folders on iPhone, where should I look for these files then?

OK I found a folder with some game files on iPhone but there are no log/error files inside.

Hi, version 1.8.83 had this bug but the fixed version 1.8.85 should already be available in the AppStore
