Can we transfer progress on to another phone via our old phone?

I was thinking, I'm sick of my old laggy phone and decided to go buy new one. But since I have theotown on my new Huawei Y6s is there a way to transfer my data from my old phone to my new one?

Yeah, simply copy the TheoTown folder from your old to your new device
For purchases and stuff you have to be connected to an account within the game, preferrably to your Forum account.

Well about that I've used theotown very long ago and it's data is stuck at /data directory of my device with those installed plug ons from last year. Like I bought more extra content for gems like Main fire station, etc.
