Replace it with ýour own

If the highway is still intact, just use a one way to build the on ramp.

You can actually make one-way highway ramp, but you'll better need some skills

Yeah I fixed it but it's not the same. Need a national structure mode in the region view that allows you to go to each city and build only national structures, roads, trains, airport destinations, subways...

You can raise the height of a bridge, but there is still only one road and one bridge max per tile. And any bridge intersection goes to the height of the highest level (priority, not height) road. Confused? I can't think of a simpler way to say it.

So if there was already a bridge over a road, there could not, in the game, be a bridge between, nor a bridge crossing as it requires a pillar at the spot. There can be a ground road intersection under a bridge.
