Update log for my newest megaproject: The Rockefeller Center. A collection of 14 skyscrapers placed together. An artform at it's exquisite style of Art Deco sculptures.
Update I: 1270 Avenue of the Americas & 1260 Avenue of the Americas
My project starts from the first structure in the complex: a combination of 1270 Avenue of the Americas (RKO Building) with 1260 Avenue of the Americas (Radio City Music Hall).

The 1270 Avenue of the Americas, known as the RKO Building, is a 124.9 metre tall (409 ft) skyscraper, with 31 stories. Completed in 1931, it's the first building in the center to complete it's construction.
The 1260 Avenue of the Americas, known as the Radio City Music Hall, is located just next to 1270 Avenue of the Americas. It houses a massive music theater with constant performances.
Since the buildings are placed close to each other, plus the entire structure is completed in the same period (1931 to 1932), I decided to make it a single plugin.
After 4 hours of work, this is what I got.
- 95 percent completed.
The entire structure is nearly completed, albeit I had to cut off some height to make the shape as realistic as possible. According to my calculations, the present model would be around 112 meters high (or around 168 pixels), not so shabby compared to the original height (124.9, or 187 pixels).
The next building would be 608 Fifth Avenue, or known as the Goelet Building or Swiss Center Building. Stay tuned for more updates.
