Police car wont deployed

Recently I've downloaded some plug-ins related to police from forum, after installing and extractions, I opened the game and walah! got 2 police plug-in error - unable to load.
So, I, as the usual human being, delete the said plug-in according to the game, then when I already built the police building, their cars would not be deployed. The chopper got no issue but only missing cars. Can somebody assist? or should I reformat the game?

It may be missing something.

No need to reinstall the game.
