How do you lower them? You probably said so already, but I just want it plain and simple.

What I meant is I loweted taxes for residential to 1% or less to remove that.

Then what was left was transportation. So I added a nearby bustop and metro access point. That made that house 100% happy.

But, I will have to most likely have to raise taxes up a bit.
