More functional cities

Can we add real functioning city,like every citizen have name and it have a window for show the name nd we can apoint them to certain job
*if not appointed then it will chose job itself

That would add a lot more processing required to be done by the CPU, which wouldn't be great user experience.

The same reason that after some time, your city slows down in City Skylines the bigger it grows.
