New phone Free mode

I have a new phone, downloaded theotown and installed all plugins. Free mode option is not showing up.? I have experimental on and easy, medium, and sandbox option, but no free mode!? Any help to get Free mode on would be great!!!

Also what is debug mode and how it works. Thanks again.

Sandbox would be the same as free mode.
If you check debug in the settings, building IDs will be shown in the build dialog boxes and a debug button will be added to the settings menu (you will have to scroll down). If you click/tap that button, stats will overlay the screen while you play until you click/tap it again.

R.I.P Free mode.
One time i got on after a update to v1.9.93... It was gone!
It was the same as sandbox but no needs needed to be provided.
