Pls Help me, i think mi city get corrupted.

When I enter my city I do not get the demand bar or the emergencyes bar.


And when I go to the corner to see the statistics, I go to demands, I get this:

Only poor demands.

Please help me, mi city has 200k people, and i fear that gets corrupted, if someone have information please tell me.

Yes, but its forever, no matter how many buildings you put up, the population does not go up or demand goes down.
