Game says “This version has been hacked!1”, I know I didn’t. PLS HELP

I payed theotown in Steam then linked my Theotown account there. The I downloaded Theotown on iOS , played offline for a bit then played it online. The last time I played there’s a message that said “this version has been hacked!1” and it requires me to download it in Playstore. But I’m in iOS! We has no Playstore. Also, I didn’t hack it, but for some reason I had 120,000+ gems that I didn’t purchase. I tried looking up what to do to fix it but no info. Am needs helps pls.

So, I think I fixed my problem and I think it had something to do with my Theotown not being able to track? I'm not sure actually, but when I went into my Settings on my phone and allowed Theotown to track— whatever that means— by turning on "allow tracking", my game works fine now. It didn't have anything to do with the version of Theotown because I let it get the latest update every time. So yeah. I'll leave this message in case anybody would find the same problem as mine.

TL;DR: Toggle “Allow Tracking” for Theotown App.

So, I don’t know what changed since I haven’t played in so long, but what fixed it for me was just toggling “allow tracking” for the Theotown App. It’s worth noting that I had an iOS device, so you might have to find an equivalent thing for Android or this post might not be all that helpful.
