Besides the two packs by Bernardo Brandao and Alvaro Marne are there any other favela plug ins? I've seen city screenshots with different favela skins that I cannot find in the store

Well they bulldozed an Ottoman fort for this.

Not only that, it's disrespectful to build a huge building next to your most religious building. Even Christians set a build height in their old towns soo buildings dont get more than church.
