If we can do realy hardcore missions in a short time we will awarded with an award by mission difficulty.
Mission examples ;

[*] Reach 1 million inhabitants in 1 month for Liberty Statue (Newyork's 1/8 inhabitants)

[*] Reserve transportation to 1 million inhabitants in 40 days for Big Ben Clock Tower. (London's 1/8 inhabitants)
