People leaving

I'm new here and I need help,
My town have between 99 and 100% of general satisfaction and my people leaving, why? I've roads, busstops, trains, décoration,parcs, fire and policestations.... Also my industry and commercial are not always ( the most) are not full with workers. I do not understand why, who can help me? Thanks for all answers

If you don't have much dense zoning, the rich inhabitants, of which there are generally less per small space, have probably displaced poorer inhabitants due to the high satisfaction.

Rich = less population per same zoning.

You can add some service with it and give them good traffic.
