well, i think there is a lack of new sewage treatment plants in the game, thus also bringing a new reaction from the residents when there is no sewage disposal (negative of course).

could add, pumps for dumping in rivers leaving them dirty (another utility for the water treatment plant) basic, medium and advanced sewage treatment plant


Well, that's what I think would make the water supply category more complete.
