Connection Error + Error loading region list: timeout

I logged into the forum a couple of months ago with the mobile version and just yesterday I purchased the steam version, but when I went to log into my account on the pc it said "Connection Error"
I already tried a bunch of things like reseting my password cuz I was scared I was getting it wrong
I tried creating a new account but the same error shows up
plus
I was thinking it was some kind of server error cuz I can't load the online region list and it keeps saying "Error loading region list: timeout"
Can someone help me real quick please?
