The game doesn't feel serious

Is it just me or the game doesn't feel serious? Btw
the first time i played theotown was a mess. It doesn’t teach much in the first time. I would really recommend more tutorials. And something like more
dialouges like the inhabitants, Example:
The taxes is too high!
We demand schools!
The traffic is high!
Please keep away the factories on our house!
The power plant smells bad and noisy!

Note that this is just my opinion. You can comment on what you think on my thoughts.

The objective of a game is to have fun, it does not have to be serious since its a game, not real life. There is a reason working class citizens play games to escape the reality of this world. Feel free to disagree.
