Achievements Bug

I has completing Large Infinity rank and wanna got an achievements by google play. But that doesn't work, every i completing achievements like An Beginning of the city, and Save Nature didn't work. That's just got achievements without alert me or just leave and gone. Can someone helpme?

У меня так же, у было 100% счастье от образования во всем городе, но достижение я не получил.
Возможно в моем случае, это из-за того что у меня старый телефон
