hello i have some problem so i discussion the problem with question
1. there no ship cargo
2. only 4 rotation ship tanker
3. i have lots of buoys to help ship find the way to harbor but that not working

2. Maybe you're referencing to this image:

As game internas aren't made for 8-step rotation we just decided to use only 4 frames instead. More frames would only make sense if the movement also could be diagonally, but for now it cannot.
3. Strange, but maybe it's just bad luck. There's currently no intelligent route selection, therefore ships don't have to drive to other harbors. I put this on our todo list, maybe we can improve this behavior.
