Tried creating a public plugin 3 times (but got denied)

Hello. I tried to upload my first plugin (the waste extractor) but they were all denied by the Plugin Mod, because of poor graphics and quality. How do I fix this and convince the reviewer to approve the plugin?

Show us some pictures so let's see what needs to be improved. If you don't want to improve it you can always put it in the showcase where there is no approval etc.

Thats looks really bad. Try add shadows. shading. noise. detail and depth.
