Oh cool, but don't know how these stuff works. Like does that mean I could upload a size 42 region even when my device couldn't handle it? (By using the method you stated)

If you can remake the region, then you have a file in file manager which you can export to your internal storage.
And you can add that file to the forum then people cn download.
