We are not telling you how to moderate the forum. I just think that the post got trashed for no reason. I wasn't saying "Ah why don't they approve it and blah blah blah" I was asking what was wrong.

I'll start off with saying I have pretty much no idea on the specifics of this incident (I'm not active on Discord).
Putting that aside, it seems like the reason for the ban was already officially posted in the Discord server's "announcements" channel (reposted). I'm going to guess this was a pretty big thing hence needing to announce this and I'm also going to guess that the moderators are tired of answering questions.
I've read the reason for his ban and it seems reasonable. I'm still quite puzzled why people bring up that he made good plugins (you don't get a Get Out of Jail Free card from making good plugins).

I do agree that locking the thread was a bit pre-emptive (posting the official statement first would have been nice), but you have to remember that stuff like this can go into spirals really quick.

Edit: Also, this has nothing to do with plugin issues moved.
