I did make it, but it's probably buggy. You don't want a pole on 1 tile and then floating flag on other side of the city

That's why the game would crash when I tried to place it...

May plugins be the reason? (maybe something with parks?)

Unfortunately the error message we received doesn't really tell us the issue

There's not really a limit, but the error log tells something about a NullPointerException, that means there may be a bug in your plugins. For example no frames. I only know, that the error was caused by a park object.

Does TheoTown load cities without the plugins installed?

We have to thank CommanderABab, one time he had a similar issue in a plugin so I recognized the error log pattern
