Ingredients: Cow part (mainly the cut that steak is), Beef Broth, Potatoes, carrots, lettuce (as a side or secondary plate)
How it's prepared: Cook the broth using these (Beef Juice, Salt, Pepper, and any seasoning if needed) and cook on high heat for about 5 to 15 minutes, then turn it into medium heat and put in cut up carrots and diced potatoes into the broth and let it cook for 10 minutes, then cook the steak to your preference, then grab a plate and put down the lettuce (about like 3 pieces) then put down the steak onto there then take the potatoes and carrots from the broth (like with a spoon) and put it next to the steak, then after that add in the broth and serve

Name: Côtelettes de porc à la Clamart (Clamart Pork Cutlets)
Ingredients: 4 pork cutlets
150 grams of peas
A little flour
2 beaten eggs
Breadcrumbs
Salt pepper
Oil for cooking
Recipe:
The ideal cutlet measures 0.75 cm.
Make a hole in the meat, remove the flesh and put the peas in it.

Ingredients:

Maple Syrup (Preferably from a local store)
Brusselsprouts
Oven
Tinfoil
Non-stick cooking Spray
Directions:
Preheat oven to 345 F
Coat pan in tinfoil and non-stick spray
Get the Bacon and Maple syrup
Take the Bacon and brush the Maple Syrup Gently
Wrap your sprouts in the Bacon.
Put in the over for 10-15 Minutes or till Bacon is not like Jelly
Enjoy! (you don't have to add the skewer.
