Armenia: Territorial Disputes with Azerbaijan
Turkmenistan: Lack of Tourism, and Difficult to reach destinations
North Korea: Because of the hatred of all things Western, and as seen as "Imperialist".
Laos: Lack of Tourism, and some restrictions of Foreign Airlines.
Kyrgyzstan: Difficult to Establish a destination, and due to being mountainous
Tajikistan: Difficult terrains, and being mountainous.
Afghanistan: Ongoing terror due to takeover in 2021.
Palestine: Conflict with Israel.
Caribbean:
Cuba: Severe Restrictions on Foreign Airlines.
South America:
Bolivia: Due to difficulties because of its geography, and lack of adequate airports to accommodate Fly Furballland's Needs*, but has plans to expand to Bolivia.
Europe
Serbia: Due to conflict, especially with territorial Disputes, and a government that Hates something Western, but not all.
Surrev: Due to conflict, especially with other nations, mainly threatening Yekateria.
Oceania:
Kiribati, Tuvalu, Nauru and Vanuatu: Because they are isolated, and too remote to reach for Fly Furballland, but had plans to add more destinations, especially with these isolated nations that have yet to have a single destination.

*Because they have small International Airports, cannot fit that much.
