En la parte baja del editor de texto, mas abajo de las opciones de "Vista previa", "Guardar borrador" y "Enviar" se encuentra el botón de opciónes, junto a el habra una opción con tres rayas, pulsalas y después toca la opción de "Archivos adjuntos" ahi podrás cargar las imágenes
