Why can't we change the side of the road to drive on?

When I used to play earlier, this was there but recently I couldn't change the side of the road to drive on. Is it just my version (1.11.35) or is it removed forever? If it is removed, I don't think I would be able to play like before.

Wdym? The one way roads is still in game

I meant like how in Japan or South Africa you can see that they drive on the left, unlike say, in the US or Russia, where they drive on the right.

I can't find it in my settings anywhere. It used to be there but it disappeared when I updated my game.

Go to settings
Go to other
Select debug mode
Select experimental features
Close other
Open experimental features
Turn on left hand traffic
