Road Maintenance [fixed and with .zip]

As your city planners will know a city's roads need to be cleaned and maintained.
Because of this reason you need workers and of course materials to do these said things.
And this is what we're doing with this plugin.
In this plugin, there are 3 diffrent hangars,one garbage pitt and a main headquarters where your road maintenance projects are led...
And there are also vehicles to ease your workers' transport and one road sweeper to clean the roads.
Last but not least there is a dirt road with no grass ,one dirt decal which is made by Pounkiller and a water tower, which come with the plugin.

Edit: It makes too much management and a little bit noises, unfortunately iylt doesn't fixs traffic or fixs roads
@_Rock Fort_ It can be fix, just take draw ground under to frames. I will fix it as soon as possible
