Aside from low density zones, it would also better if the game will make a medium density zones for small apartments and multiple story buildings because one of my struggles in making a suburb especially the housing district is to try not to spawn those multiple story houses. I triple this idea - modern cities should be build dense, but higher than 10 stores is unsustainable.
I wish there was an option to build 4-9 storey buildings, just like in European megapolises like Vienna, Berlin, Hamburg or Madrid…

I think there should be an option to build a specific type of buildings like European architecture or African buildings or Chinese towers or American suburbs (like in Brazil) or Filipino houses.
