A fabulous idea (in my opinion)

We should be able to build parks on hills that are very steep and not suitable for settlement. For example, it would be nice if there was a possibility to build a park like this in Theotown:

But when we try to build a park in such a place in Theotown, they put concrete under the park to make it flat.
