Region Creator and Region Editor

Add them in the game, please
In this way we can make multiple regions, by the region creator. And we can edit their size, their landscape, their national roads by region editor.
I can't modify my region, last time its a huge disaster.

I accidentally deleted my entire region. Plus I filled 80% of the region.
So I had to restart again and uninstall the game, everything is now good. But I lost my old region
