Getting night light

Hi this is a phone booth decoration that I'm trying to make for my city(or upload it so anyone can use). The decoration is already in the game, it just doesn't have any night light to it. The UI you see is a plugin called Animation Dev tool. But I don't know where to go from here. I tried looking at the forums but the way things are constructed I'm confused on how and where to start or what I need to learn in order to add night light to my deco. Does anyone know how I can get night lights on a deco or how to get night light on any plugin I make? Any help will be appreciated.
