I think it happens when roads are way too disorganized, "narrow" or pretty much hard to maneuver in, the small thing y'know

I've seen this mentioned in changelogs, but I've never seen one myself. Does anyone have any screenshots or videos of this? I'm very interested in what it looks like and how often they happen.
