To create a Roleplay nation first have a look at this link (Which in turn leads to other links) to see where your country can be located.

For the list, countries in green are NPC's meaning you can claim them, while on the map, blank spaces are free and unclaimed, meaning you can create any nation out of it. Finally, create a topic with formats like these:

viewtopic.php?t=26413

You can add as many or as little Informations you want (and also the type of Informations you want) to join, and once you created your topic, you are in!
