Space command destroyed

Hello,
I sent up the first research mission rocket and it was sent back (I assume because I didn’t give the DSA guy a place to build his house) and it destroyed my space command center among other things. slope game
Can I really not build one again? Is there any way to do space missions?

Yes, you can rebuild the space command center. Just ensure all requirements, like housing for the DSA guy, are met.
